DMV Report

A Department Of Motor Vehicle report should be conducted on any Applicant who will be driving on behalf of an employer. Besides revealing an Applicant’s driving history, a DMV report can additionally reveal an Applicant’s level of responsibility to appear in court and/or pay fines, as well as reveal potential problems with drugs and/or alcohol.

A Department Of Motor Vehicle report, in most states, will provide the following:

  • Name
  • State of issuance
  • Previous state of issuance
  • License issue and expiration date
  • Violations
  • Restrictions
  • Suspensions and revocations
  • Failures to appear in court and arrest warrants
